We at Spiro Designs are an integrative consultancy, founded by Ar. Abhijeet Waykole, Ar. Rajesh Chauhan, Ar. Saket Shah & Ar. Shailesh Dandane. We offer comprehensive professional services, including architecture, interiors, project management, site development & master planning for our clients' distinct needs. Infact, that’s where our founder’s (a team of four colleagues) diverse expertise and views sets us apart.
We started our office in our grandparent’s humble room in Sadashiv Peth, back in 2008. Then in 2011, we expanded to a larger office at Tilak Road, where we worked for over 12 years. During this time, we won a strong team, clientele, and a remarkable built legacy through unwavering dedication and commitment.
Today, our firm, Spiro Designs thrives with 18 professionals and multiple partnerships, from the International Business Bay, one of the most premium commercial complexes in Pune.
Our practice has also diversified its realm to integrated master planning and plotting commercial & residential layouts, from private bungalows to special townships. Besides, we’ve also demonstrated exceptional clarity in multiple aspects, say site supervision, working drawings, terrain modelling & balancing cut-fill, architectural sanctioning and quality assurance for esteemed clients like SVB Realty, F5 Developers, GVC Group, Tech stone Realty, Avior Enterprises, LJM Properties, Malpani Properties, Sai Siddhi Developers, Mangalam Developers, Pride Purple Group, Karia Builders, Amanora, JSW One homes, Canary Farms Bungalow, Perfect Engineering, Avion Resort, etc.
